WACA | 2018 Trade Show

The 2018 WACA Tradeshow will be held at the new City Winery on Monday, June 11, 2018 . Join us for this splendid opportunity to familiarize yourself with the wonderful food, services, and experiences the WACA affiliate membership has to offer at this exciting annual event. There will be samples and door prizes throughout the night from our exhibiting affiliates. Members and non-member guests should register for a free ticket here.

Affiliate Members in good standing may exhibit at the trade show free of charge by registering for a member table. For others interested in exhibiting, there will be a fee for your table. Space is limited and priority will be given to members and those who submit their application first. Applications are due by June 1, 2018.

There will be raffle drawings throughout the night, please indicate your raffle prize on your application should you wish to provide one.

Load-in for exhibitors begins at 4:00pm and all exhibitors should be completed with their setup by 5:30.

Food and beverage: Alcoholic beverages may not be served by exhibitors. Restaurants who wish to serve food may use butane burners and sterno, if presented in a secured chafer or vessel. Those serving food and beverage, please note that you will need to provide all plates, cups, utensils, and other service materials. No kitchen space, warmers, or additional storage is available beyond your assigned 6' table and the space underneath.

5:15 PM - Depart Union Station for City Winery
8:15 PM - Depart City Winery for Union Station
